The studio is available for photo session rentals between the hours of 8am and 9pm. Extended hours available upon request and for events.

All rentals require a signed contract by renter. See our rental agreement with policy details here.

All photoshoot and event rentals include access to the entire space and bathroom. This includes the main studio space as well as the back room which is perfect for a waiting area, changing space, or additional shooting area.
Facilities
There is ample free street parking right outside the studio and a VCU garage within walking distance.

The Studio has a clothing rack, full length mirror, and furniture for you and your client's use. Unlimited WiFi access, snacks, water, and drinks included! Seamless backdrop paper, backdrops, stands, bed, and lighting equipment available for an additional fee (see our Add-Ons Page for more info).

This includes the main front studio space and back room which is perfect for a waiting area, changing space, or additional shooting area. Clients can enter through the side door into the back room without interupting your current session in the main studio space.
